Our company requested delivery next day; after the third day of not receiving, (and watching the driver sit at the business next door for ten minutes and drive away, and it showing delivered on their end) I called the local hub in Wallingford, only to be told, oh ya, it's sitting here, we couldn't get it on a truck because it's too big and six or seven other people wouldn't get delivery. No call from them to tell us this, I had to call to find out. They promised delivery the following day BY 12pm, it shows up at 12:32pm. They are TERRIBLE. When you pay for next day service, you should get NEXT DAY SERVICE
